AGE RANGE - children under 8 are welcome to walk runway but must be with adult.

18 - 59 yrs
Over 60 yrs
SPECIFY CUPCAKE FASHION (ie.- skirt, pants, etc...) leave blank if you are only entering in Cucpake Accessory. If you are entering in both please fill in.
DESCRIBE YOUR FASHION PIECE -Did you create it or buy it. What do you love about it etc... YOU must bring 3x5 card describing item day of event so we can share as you parade!
SPECIFY CUPCAKE ACCESSORY - (ie. hat, apron, shoes etc...) leave blank if you are only entering in Cupcake Fashion. If you are entering both please fill in.
